miserable revenue system of examining baggage, at the borders of
every country we enter, interferes with our carrying a few of
these prizes along with us-

3 Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 Dresden must be a very honest city.   While we were out riding
we drove through a short street (3 or 4 squares long)  thickly
bounded by residences and shrubbery, along the sidewalks of which
were two rows of large, hansome, cherry trees heavily laden with
large red ripe cherries, all within the street accessible easily to
cherry-loving boys, but there was not the slightest indication that
their ripening had been interfered with.           We were
much pleased with the appearance of the suberbs of the city, and
its enterprise and could have had a pleasant sojourn if the weather
had permitted.
