2 Leave a comment on paragraph 2 0 From the old palace, towards the Arsenal, on our way back to our Hotel we pass the Scholossbrûcke (palace bridge)  built in 1824,  adorned with eight colossal groups in marble by different sculptors, representing gods and goddesses, in a rather too nude style to be enjoyed with a family of children-and Ladies.

3 Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 We attempted an entrance into the Arsenal, but were informed that it has been closed since the 20th of July.  Jep was much disappointed wishing to compare it with the one in Washington. It is a square building 288 ft long on each side, erected in 1695, with an abundance of statuary upon three sides of the cornice,  situated at the extremity of the Linden
