¶ 3 Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 The first day of our arrival, while riding up the Toledo our progress was clogged by a great commotion and crowd coming from the opposite direction which was exciting these rag-tag citizens wonderfully. Soon the cause was explained- An American circus company with the national ingenuity which they inherited were spreading themselves gloriously. A gilt chariot holding a brass band was being drawn by twenty Horses. Behind them followed an equestrian in tights and habit, standing on two Horses driving with reins ten more horses before him.
