Prussia the people seem to be as enthusiastic as any.   The
streets last evening were jammed with a shouting multitude,
not regular hearty “three cheers”, anywhere or anytime,  but a
succession of long drawn yells.       Flags of every Country
are sympathetically waving (except French)  but the green
and white strips, saxon colors, strongly prevail-
